01Current availability

These terms apply only when Instinct XI displays an available live Pro checkout. A test screen, owner-development allowance or feature preview does not create a paid subscription.

Instinct XI Pro is restricted at launch to eligible account holders aged 18 or over. Creating a free account never starts a subscription automatically.

02Price and renewal

Instinct XI Pro Monthly costs £6.50 per month. The Instinct XI Pro Annual Pass costs £60 per year, equivalent to £5 per month and £18 less than twelve monthly payments. The exact selected price, billing period and total due are displayed again before payment.

Unless cancelled, Monthly renews each month and the Annual Pass renews each year using the payment method held by Stripe. We will not introduce a different price without giving the notice required by law and allowing cancellation before it applies.

Your first Instinct XI Pro purchase includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, contact Help & Support within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund of that first Pro payment.

This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply to you.

04Starting the service

When you choose to subscribe, you request access to begin as soon as payment is confirmed rather than waiting until the end of the statutory cancellation period. Where the law gives you a 14-day cancellation right, that right and any lawful proportionate charge for service already supplied continue to apply.

After checkout, Stripe provides payment confirmation and Instinct XI records the subscription status. Pro access is activated only after verified billing confirmation.

05Cancellation

You can cancel through Manage Subscription inside Instinct XI. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

You may also exercise any statutory cancellation right or report a billing problem through Help & Support. Cancelling Pro does not delete your free Instinct XI account, squad or virtual game history.

06Refunds and payment problems

The 14-day first-purchase guarantee is handled as stated above. Other refund requests are assessed under applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the payment. Nothing here removes a statutory right to a refund, repeat performance, price reduction or other remedy.

If a payment fails, is reversed or cannot be verified, Pro access may pause or end. The free core game remains available unless the account is separately restricted for another valid reason.

07What Pro provides

Pro provides access to the Instinct IQ analysis allowance and features described in the offer shown before checkout. Usage limits, provider availability and safety controls still apply.

Pro does not buy virtual cash, improve scoring, alter Market execution, add competition entries or improve eligibility for any future prize.

08AI limitations

Instinct IQ uses available football and game evidence but can be incomplete or wrong. It does not guarantee player availability, fantasy points, rankings, price movement or results, and it does not make squad changes or virtual trades automatically.
